Cancellation Policy

Prepayment is mandatory for booking a consultation. A $300.00 deposit can be taken to secure an appointment if you call our number and speak to a team member. However, full payment will be collected 3-5 days prior to the consultaion. Cancellation within 14 days results in a cancellation fee of $300.00 as two hours is set aside. Cancellation within 48 hours results in forfeiting the entire consultation fee of $600.00 (585.00 plus 15.00 online booking fee plus GST). Thank you for your understanding.
